If you have not received your order after three (3) weeks, please contact us. Your Knockout Hockey order ships standard via the U.S. Postal Service (and then your respective local mail service). Expedited shipping is available through USPS at an additional cost. Refunds Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, we at KnockoutHockey.com have a strict return policy. Knockout Hockey cannot accept returns of products that have been opened. If you believe you have received defective merchandise, please follow the directions below. Simply mail the Knockout Hockey items, in its original packaging, to our address and include a description of the damaged material. Please include your name, address, telephone number and email address. Please also include the original mailing slip that came with the Knockout Hockey items so we can track your purchase.
